  12. The judge’s decision is final.
  13. All competitors must check in at the registration desk upon arrival to sign in and receive their wristband. Failure to sign in will prevent the competitor from competing. Please ensure all forms are accurately completed, as competitors not listed will not be allowed entry to the venue.
  14. All spectators must have a purchased ticket. Teachers are responsible for collecting wristbands upon arrival; parents or children will not be given wristbands unless authorized by a teacher.
  15. Only one teacher or an allocated chaperone with a wristband is permitted on the side of the stage.
  16. All music must be provided and uploaded online by the specified deadline. No music will be accepted on the day of the competition. Please ensure all information entered during the upload process is correct to ensure proper categorization. Dances or dancers found in the wrong category will be removed and disqualified. Music must be age-appropriate and contain no explicit language. There will be no music played for bows. Time limits will be strictly enforced.
  17. Please bring a backup of your music on a phone or iPad.
  18. A schedule will be emailed to each registered school approximately 14 days prior to the competition, detailing the time and day of your performances. Once this schedule is sent out, no changes can be made. Prodigy Dance Competition reserves the right to alter or amend the programme at any time, as well as to update any terms and conditions. Additionally, Prodigy Dance Competition reserves the right to change the venue if necessary, and no refunds will be provided.
